How Does Your Personality Type Handle Change?

Become more effective in times of change, and help others do the same.

Are you excited by the prospect of change or do you find it overwhelming and draining? Do you normally want to jump into implementation mode or do you prefer to first take the time to reflect and think things through? Do you want to know the details, specifics, and steps involved in the change, or do you prefer to look at the big picture and long-term goals? What kind of change leader are you? The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator is a well-established psychometric tool that will help you gain insights into all these questions and make you a change leader people will follow.

(*) Note: Participants will complete a short psychometric inventory to determine their Myers-Briggs Type before the workshop.

Effectively Deal with Conflict at Work and in Life!

Strategies to achieve the best outcomes when you don’t see eye to eye.

Most of us tend to either avoid conflict or make it very personal; we may walk away from it or deal with it head-on in a confrontational way. Neither of these approaches is beneficial. Often, they are likely to result in a “lose-lose” outcome and ill-feelings. But it doesn’t have to be that way.

Conflict can be a good thing as it usually brings to the surface two opposing views, from which a different perspective can emerge–one that can benefit you and the team, you and the boss, or you and other significant people in your life. Conflict then becomes a positive rather than a negative force in your work and personal life that you can channel and leverage in a positive way. This will make you a more effective leader, a better businessperson, and an overall happier individual.

In this workshop, you will learn to turn conflict into an opportunity, rather than a crisis, to grow your business and yourself! You will:

  • Understand why people have conflict and their various reactions for dealing with it
  • Be introduced to a conflict model/approach that you can use at work and elsewhere to help you achieve better outcomes
  • Learn strategies that will help you turn destructive conflicts into constructive ones
